Mehndi Makeup and Jewelery

When it comes to makeup, the goal is to have a glowing and simple look. On this day, the dulhan is supposed to look natural. Some may not even wear makeup on their mehndi! However, if there are imperfections (who doesn't have them?) I dont see why you cannot wear foundation or concealer. I would recommend a light foundation or tinted moisturizer. For concealer, I strongly recommend Mac Studio Finish concealer as it covers imperfections flawlessly. Using a highlighter such as Mac's mineralize skinfinish would create a nice glow as well. In the end, do what you like but make sure it is a natural look.

Jewelery should be nice and simple as well. If you can find something that matches your dress nicely, wear it! I know some go without jewelery as well, to complete the natural look. Also, don't forget your gajrays (in your hair, around your wrists, etc) and bangles.
